Default Radio swap problems?

I am sorry if this topic has been covered before, I searched the site with no luck. I swapped out my radio and wired it in correctly, no sound everything functional but no sound. This is driving me CRAZY, I tried the radio from my other car same freaking problem. Please I need you guys help, I am new to the 318ti so this is my learning curve, Thanks

I believe you need to bypass the factory amp, should be behind the carpeting on the left side of the trunk
