Posts: 13 | FS: Individual Ti Wood trim. So, got my hands on this very rare Individual wood trim in Pappel Natur for the Ti. Couldn't find any info on the price, since it hasn't been sold anywhere on the Internet. So I will just take what sedan wood trim goes for. Currently the set includes these pieces: Shifter surround. Shifter Handbrake handle. Pass. side lower dash shelve insert. You can see in the pictures that the clear coat is cracked all around the trim. I will try to source the drivers side insert and shelves itself (both sides) I would like to get $200 shipped for as it stands now. Paypal only. For further info/questions contact me here on 318ti.org Pictures: Last edited by Sriufke; 10-04-2016 at 11:13 PM. | | | 09-03-2014, 07:26 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2012 Location: West Bend, Wisconsin Posts: 1,055 | That is pretty rare. I'd think you could stain/bleach the wood to satisfy different colors. Is that cracked "clear coat" repairable though? It's not actually body clear coat is it? Some sort of very thick polyurethane? | | | 09-11-2014, 05:30 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2013 Location: Germany Posts: 375 | Cracked coat isn't fixable, at least not these deep cracks. And I would never paint wood, the TI wood interior had been available in different wood styles and colors. __________________ Want car parts?
