I was reading my manual when I read that a reduction in the force of air from the AC vents can be the result of a dirty microfiler. I just bought two of them and cant find where they do. I've removed both lower dash panels and looked under the hood. Does anyone know how to replace them? Are they really on the TI? Was a over-looking something? I need some help guys, if its not the filters I have bigger problems. | | | 07-17-2005, 12:57 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 07-30-2005, 06:19 PM | #3 | Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: Virginia Posts: 48 | Worked like a charm. Where they are located doesn't appear to be just for AC use. They are located under the hood grill just below the wipers. you should have this even if you dont have AC. | | | 07-31-2005, 08:37 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: England, UK Posts: 1,288 | excellent! will get them end of the month. pretty poor at present due to car mod and repair addiction.... __________________ 1995 BMW 316i Cosmos Black Mods: • Magnex Cat-Back Exhaust • Smoked Corner Lights + Repeators • M3 17" Wheels • De-Baffled Air Box • AC HandBrake Handle and Gear Knob • DEPO Euro Epsiloids + Predator Chronium Rings • Chrome Interior bits •IE Poly-Urethane RSFMs • Kenwood Power Series Audio • Powder Coated e36 325 Front Callipers • Sports Seats | | | 03-10-2007, 04:31 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Land of the Vikings Posts: 2,700 | i havnt got the filters on mine? why not __________________ Vin Number decode and Retrofit Pdfs Available Free !
