It was a stripped full cage IP/ITS class car. I think they wanted well over 9k for it. And it was basically a stock Ti in terms of engine. | | | 03-24-2007, 09:01 AM | #19 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Port St. Johns, Florida Posts: 2,242 | Team no money in JAX | | | 03-24-2007, 09:03 AM | #20 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Port St. Johns, Florida Posts: 2,242 | | | | 03-24-2007, 09:45 AM | #21 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Land of the Vikings Posts: 2,700 | when u say track prepped, to me a set of shocks/springs and a cage don´t cut it im sorry the cars book value is 3000 max the aftermarket cost is his problem ' the car is in substandard condition its not ready to track anyway 9-10 was just dreaming to be honest , although i dont know what he had done to it this car for 7.5k is not worth it, no matter what is said. the conversion is a diy job for 1 spannerman on a weekend the brakes are off an M3 breaker __________________ Vin Number decode and Retrofit Pdfs Available Free ! My view is that 6500 is probably a pretty good deal. Considering that you have two other people on here that have posted their almost completely stock Ti's up for anywhere from 500-2000 dollars more why not go and attack them also? | | | 03-25-2007, 07:34 PM | #23 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Portland Or Posts: 2,666 | It its a full built cage (Not a POS autopower bolt in) A full 6 point with side bars and braces is about $3K So if a regular TI is worth 3 to 4 K on average, then it sounds close to me... So good luck on the sale. Some one will eventually take it. Just dont disappoint people when you hand over the keys saying it will beat Ferrari's. __________________ Mmm.. | | | 03-29-2007, 09:06 PM | #25 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Cashville,TN Posts: 124 | +1 on the roll cage.
