Default Flywheel Options

What options do I have besides swapping to a lightweight flywheel? By options I mean something that isn't going to cost an arm and half my right nut.

dats what i hate about this car... u gotta have some $$$ to get it going... theres not anything else worth doing but the flywheel... getting it chipped is worthless, and intake and exhaust dont do anything, the only thing other than the flywheel is boring out the intake and what not...
