I just love how the type 44's look on the e36 BMW. On the 318ti they look great. ~Mike R~ Hwy1Strat | | | 09-22-2009, 03:41 AM | #99 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2006 Location: 43609 Posts: 3,425 | __________________ 1995 Hellrot Clubsport 318ti -Gone 1996 Schwartz II Sport 357ti - 5.7L V8 LS1/6 1997 Moregrun Metallic 318ti - Gone 1998 Schwartz II sport 318ti - M50TUB25/5 | | | 09-22-2009, 07:55 PM | #100 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Land of the Vikings Posts: 2,700 | here´s a picture of my new wheels. __________________ Vin Number decode and Retrofit Pdfs Available Free ! After taking these pics, I didn't like how the BBS decals looked directly under the valve stems. So I carefully peeled them off, switched the center caps and reapplied the decals to line up with the center caps. This way the valve stems don't block the BBS logo. Still a little unsure how I feel about the tires. I liked the way 215/40's looked on my style 42's(same fitment as style 5's), but the 235/40's look a little too beefy. While I'm not really a stretched tire fan, I prefer a mild stretch over the bubbled sidewall look. Looks like I might be in the market for a set of 215/40's. | | | 09-27-2009, 03:14 PM | #103 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: Colorado Springs Posts: 6 | 1998 ti This is what I put on over the weekend | | | 10-07-2009, 05:32 AM | #104 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Globally Posts: 1,162 | Last edited by M-technik-3; 10-08-2009 at 02:26 PM. | | | 10-07-2009, 07:52 AM | #105 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: Puerto Rico Posts: 14 | Installed 4 days ago: | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
