You'll end up with an empty wallet and heartbreak. But if it's decent and only $250, just buy it. You can sort the rest out later. Keep in mind that even with a manual, these things take time. Plan on several months to assemble parts & do the work. The YouTube videos showing a weekend motorswap are not realistic for your average person. | | | 08-18-2018, 02:51 AM | #114 | Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2017 Location: Tennessee Posts: 9 | Looking to do a swap in my 95 manual trans and keep all the bits working with a 95 M50(?). I'd love to buy a manual for the swap. | | | 08-26-2018, 09:33 AM | #115 | Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2018 Location: California Posts: 19 | crazy-good swap manual... it's August 2018, now. Hi Jim, How would I go about getting 2 (two) copies of your manual, now?? My month-old purchase of a great ti has a good sounding stock 4-cyl. engine, with 258k miles. But, fingers crossed, it could 'grenade' any day! Tx, Mike Bryant "ypres" | | | 09-03-2018, 06:28 PM | #116 | Moderator Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Bouncing off the rev limiter in CT! Posts: 3,156 | Hello everyone. A long overdue “update” that is anything but. I’d really like to be able to offer these soft. As much as I want a real, printed book for my coffee table, prices are way too high. I tried a local shop for print on demand and that was over $200 a copy just to print and bind it... I can’t sell them for $400 so I’m still trying to find a simple solution that is not too expensive. If anyone has ideas, or knows a way to lock down the soft file to avoid those less honorable from pirating it, I’m all ears. Between work load and my little man at home, I have very little time for anything unfortunately. Apologies to all the patient ones too- this was supposed to be done a year ago. I’m no happier about it than you are... On the bright side I have added even more information... | | | 09-04-2018, 02:08 AM | #117 | Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2017 Location: Tennessee Posts: 9 | You should be able to publish the book via Kindle. There exists an option to do a paperback. https://kdp.amazon.com/en_US/ | | | 09-10-2018, 05:02 AM | #118 | Junior Member Join Date: Mar 2018 Location: Seattle, WA Posts: 8 | Kindle paperback is a great solution. Let's do this! Really looking forward to the manual. Mid s52 swap right now.
