thanks for educating me. I was going to do a M5 swap but after looking over all this info it seems the LS1 is a better choice. Is there a supercharger/turbo kit out there for the LS1

Yes, several comapnies make them, but if they are having this much trouble with thier ls1's, why would you want to overkill even them?

A better questions is can yout control an insane amount of power in a 2500-2700 lb car with a very lively rear trailing arm suspension?
