Default Info needed on wheels

Does anyone have a clue what rims are fitted on this car ?

It has a lot of BBS-characteristics but I don't think it is one.

If you got that picture from a post on bimmerforums, someone states what they are in there....or you could ask the owner.

If you look at the car you can clearly tell it's not his ti,it's not even a 318.

I have those in 17", i wish my lips were a little wider cause that just looks hawt.

be advised the rims are heavy - between 40-50lbs a piece w/ tires mounted so the 18's are more than likely closer to 60...
I may try and sell mine or trade them to go for a little lighter wieght

i didn't notice a huge difference... because i had the hubcaps on with the 185/60 tires, so it handles MUCH better with the 8" wide footprint but yeah, not a real noticeable loss in performance... id have to put the steelies back on, go for a rip and then go back to the rims and go for a rip to notice any difference.. not as much as everyone told me there would be if i got them anyways.. i still do 0-60 as quick as i did with my other steelies - maybe .3 seconds slower, if that - so im perfectly happy with them.

the car will not lose traction now when i mash the throttle, unless i dump it (which i don't do and havn't done) and there is no way to chrip the little bugger in 2nd anymore if its dry out..

but why go lighter wheel... just go bigger engine or s/c right lol
