I can't believe you boys have yet to argue about who has the biggest e-penis. The entire movie is so realistic until that point =\ But it's definitely worth seeing it. __________________ Come get a ti-shirt Quote: From the e30 M3, evolved the e36. P.S. I love the off topicness of this thread. __________________ ~Dave~ 98 328ti Morea Grun slicktop 11 128i space gray slicktop 13 JGC WK2 Deep Cherry Search | RealOEM | | | 10-03-2008, 12:14 AM | #142 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Photos will be placed in a poll. We are not doing ratings this year. Edit: Most people have dynamic ip addresses. Well aslong as those accounts get blocked to avoid extra votes towards pictures. Especially when there's no posts no those accounts. Also, a close eye of the usernames that are voting need to be watched. Like no one knows who heeleh is. So if we see that name or an unfimiliar name vote it should not count. | | | 10-03-2008, 02:32 AM | #146 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: San Diego Posts: 231 | It's pretty simple, disallow voting for newbie accounts. The same thing happened to my submission last year, new accounts with 0 posts were registered just to vote against my picture, in order to knock it out of the top 12 and bump up their own horribly backlit, grainy cellphone photo of his rusty, dented car. The comments are still on the photo in my gallery if anyone cares to look, but I refuse to participate in this fiasco anymore, these people are pitiful. | | | 10-03-2008, 03:13 AM | #147 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Quote: Originally Posted by HuGo So this means that maverix photo stands? | Yes. However I am very interested in this contest. In fact (If I could get my car in time) I'd like to post a picture of my own. | | | 10-08-2008, 04:03 AM | #150 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: San Diego Posts: 231 | Posting OK, no voting. Or voting should be OK because you're a site supporter. The reason new accounts should be blocked from voting is that it is easy and tempting for highly "motivated" contestants to register new accounts to circumvent the one vote per member rule, and vote their photo up and others down. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
