Default 1995 Alaska blue with 173k

Selling our 1995 318Ti automatic, Alaska blue with grey leather interior. Front seats are worn and covered with slip on cloth covers. Driven by my daughter for the past two years. Recently replaced with an E90 (her dream car). She's away at college now and I needed her to have a car with a warranty, since it's too far for me to be able to go diagnose and repair it.

Second owner (my neighbor is the original owner). Clean title.

We're a BMW family through and through (currently 8 in the immediate family) and would rather this go to a good BMW home (and appreciates the rarity of a Ti) rather than sell on CL.

The good:

In the past two years (10k miles) we have replaced the following:

Factory water pump
Factory water valve
Factory thermostat
Factory radiator and expansion tank
Factory front and rear brakes
Brand new factory leather steering wheel with slip ring
Factory Spark plugs
Factory air filter
Factory valve cover gasket
Factory LCA bushings
Trans service
Diff service
Complete set of Michelin Primacy MXV4's (205/60/15 on factory alloy wheels)
Lowered on Vogtland springs with new struts, shocks, shock mounts, strut bearings, etc.
Factory sunroof perimeter seal (no wind noise at freeway speed)
Kenwood head unit with USB and aux
Probably other stuff I've forgotten.

The bad:

Clear coat has sun spots on hood, and is showing its age in other places.
Heater has low heat output. Originally I thought the water valve was bad, so replaced it, and it's better, but low heat output remains. It only gets to about 140 degrees. It hasn't been a problem for us since we live in Southern California.

Happy to answer any and all questions. Will add photos soon.

Larry
