Yes, I can ship there, I have shipped a few hundred packages there over the years

Some packages are best with USPS priority mail, some I use FedEx, a bit costly....as you would know, whatever is the best method is what I use.

At least 75% of the time I ship FedEx to a boarder pickup point as far less costly if you are buying many things, etc........

Let me know what you are interested in and your address, PM, email ram@raamaudio.com, call, etc.....

Hi, I got a few ADS amps if you are interested. I am possibly interested in a couple of things, possibly the gauges I mentioned earlier and clutch master cylinder if you still have these. Maybe also a brass tranny bushing

Thanks, I am all taken care of for amps, I am still a dealer for my favorite brand until I close out the rest of the place here and go full time RVing.

ADS are great amps though!

-----------------

I have been reconsidering using a couple of gauges, not all I have, to many and no place in the new car to use them.

-----------------

I have marked the sold parts so if not marked still available.

Thanks)
Rick

Sorry buddy, all interior parts are staying with the body and many stock and some upgraded chassis parts, this is to good a chassis to strip it all out, somebody needs to build this into a great car!

greetings, I saw your thread over on BF.c.

I am interested in your 108k ZF trans, in which you noted "NOTES: 108k trans came in a 95M3 I bought with a broken TOB, car was driveable but not easy to shift, did not pop out of gear, seemed fine but not able to be 100% sure it was with the TOB issue, I have not tested the trans after I replaced the seals. It comes with a new TOB sleave as well. "

What are the risks with this issue? I'm looking to replace my trans with the shift pin/5th gear lean.

How much would it be to ship to 20904?

I wish I had a solid answer for you but just not possible, the transmission could be in fine condition but then again might not be so great or somewhere in the middle. I was going to get the shift pin, detent repair kit and do both of the trannys I have and bring one along in the trailer for a spare.

I bought a very clean and nicely modded 95M3 from the short term second owner, he did not have the car long as could not afford to fix it and had no place to work on it. I started modding the car and got carried away, $80k later realized it was time to retire and it was a bit to much to invest in a car that now was going to be not a local track car but I needed something I could take on the road in our toyhauler we decided to buy and run tracks all over NA as well as use to go site seeing and hauling the groceries. I parted that out and started the 332ti project which would of been an incredible car for the duty but then ended up away all winter and behind schedule on hitting the road. It was also just a bit heavy and big for the trailer once we started using the trailer over the winter I found we simply had to have a smaller car with a different weight distribution to safely haul it in the back, past the axle lines.

I test drove and bought on the spot a Fiesta ST, it is under the knife for major surgery, it will be a very quick FWD car, I have built others, it will never be a BMW of course but it will be fun, easy to park and tie down, far better weight setup for the trailer, etc....

I love the ti cars, I had two and was considering a few more, once we settle down from traveling I might get back into them

Shipping would be $77.96 with FedEx Ground, insured, signature for delivery(which can be waived under some situations)

Thanks, have a holiday weekend
Rick

So you would recommend the next owner of the Trans get the pin repair kit? Or was that done? Thanks for all the info

After looking in this issue I had determined I would do this to any used BMW transmission I bought, routine maintenance it seems as most all eventually need it.

I had not doing it yet, if I had I would charge more for it.

I was going to open up the transmissions, bot of the ones had, check them out carefully, replace anything needed and do the pin kit on them both.

As the buyer of the last one stated, buying used parts is always a bit of a gamble, I agree, when buying a used transmission, especially for as low as these go for, a bit of a roll of the dice is involved.

I bought a used race diff, guy had reciepts for a bunch of money into it and dates showing it could not of been used much, installed it, total junk....paid $1200 for it....cost $1k to fix it. But, the guy that sold it to me was honest, it was the rip off shop that was to blame and even told him it was a good diff to sell(he was changing ratios and getting another one from them so they wanted the money and did not care to be honest).

In this case, I am saying all I can about it, I honestly cannot promise it is fine as I simply do not know, if I knew for sure, it would be more money just as if I had taken it apart and made sure.

I am pretty sure it is fine though.

Sincerely
Rick

I totally understand where you're coming from, and I appreciate your honesty. No one can ask for a perfect used gearbox, especially after so many miles. My trans suffers from the gangsta lean already, and going from 4th to 5th is an adventure.
