The paint all around has a lot of luster minus the areas he pointed out. The swap package is all from the same vehicle and includes new parts to replace common wear items. For $3000 (less once you sell the stock M44) you'll have a very quick car and a fun project (318ti is ~2700 lbs vs the ~3200 lb M3). If you've done swaps before you know the value of having all the parts you need. Those small replacement parts add up quickly and can blow your project budget in a hurry.
