Default angle eye question

just purchased and installed some angle eye projector headlights. and i have a question. i hooked the angel eyes up to the corner lights, and i want the angel eyes for running lights, and the corners just for turn signals. whats the wiring configuration for this? right now the corner light and angels come on when i put on the running lights. thanks!

you might have to cut the gray wire on each side, one side the wire is gray with yellow stripe, and the other gray with purple, but I'm not sure you would want to do that in case you want to sell the car. Another alternative is to get LED bulbs for your indicators so they all match and don't like have blue/white and half brown yellow

Or you could set them up on a switch, so their only on when you want them on and not when your car is running. I've switched my fog lights and the Angel eyes and both switches are beside my ASC switch.

simple fix ! just take out the bulb for your corner light. then you'll see two little bumps (im not sure of the real term for these) on the backside of the bulb. cover one of the up with electric tape, replace the bulb back into the socket. now go turn on your parking lights, if it turns on, take the bulb out again and try the other bump. when you have the right one covered your parking lights shouldn't turn on, but when he hit your turn signal they'll still light up.

no problem, let us know when you get them working, or if you have anymore troubles.

if you want JUST the angel eyes on, Id do what wv318ti said and just wire them up to their own switch, then you can run them whenever you please.

I wouldn't go cutting random wires.
