I've been pricing them here in Cali for a couple years now and they usually go for 11k+. Like spidertri said, manuals are pretty hard to find. I'd say that 1 out of every 5 I see is a manual. Seen a white one today, love the way they look. I haven't seen one modded yet, hoping to be one of the first. __________________ 4 MORE YEARS BABY!!! | | | 10-20-2008, 04:14 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2008 Location: Austin Posts: 3,059 | Quote: Originally Posted by cooljess76 I've been pricing them here in Cali for a couple years now | Wow, and I thought I was the only one here who had the hots for the C230 hatch. Trunk is wider compared to the ti, allowing for more choices for spoilers. No rear wiper though. First thing I would mod would be the suspension. I hear they're real mushy. Next would be the tail lights (reminds me of upside down vampire teeth =\ ). __________________ Come get a ti-shirt Quote: From the e30 M3, evolved the e36. That would be my first mod as well. I didn't notice this until today, but the black shiny section under the painted panel below the rear windshield is actually tinted glass! As I was following the white one today, it kinda looked like it had a spoiler, but it was actually the light shining through the glass creating an illusion that there was a gap between the painted surface and the lower part of the hatch. C230 Hatches FTW! Smoked tails might help the Vampire look 17" wheels, a drop and a front lip would do so much for those cars. __________________ 4 MORE YEARS BABY!!! | | | 10-20-2008, 04:40 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: norcal - 94590 Posts: 3,186 | Wait just one minute... Liking the C230 is a secret that I've had since the first time I saw one. um.. umm... fcuk you Mav! I liked them first! __________________ 4 MORE YEARS BABY!!! | | | 10-20-2008, 06:42 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Elizabeth City, NC Posts: 3,877 | I too kept it a secret that I liked this car. My only reservation was that they didn't have manual transmissions, this one is the first I have ever seen with a manual. These cars would look fantastic with mods. After reading about them a bit it appears they only have a 1.8L engine, not a 2.3L. __________________ ~Dave~ 98 328ti Morea Grun slicktop 11 128i space gray slicktop 13 JGC WK2 Deep Cherry Search | RealOEM | | | 10-20-2008, 06:47 PM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Land of the Vikings Posts: 2,700 | Quote: Originally Posted by wolferj Wait just one minute...
