When I goto Ft Belvoir in VA where my kids live I use one from there That I made a bracket so it's under the glass in either vehicle I use. They are such a pia there, kinda glad I don't live there anymore. I have alot of leave banked already but have not had much time to use it. The 5 speed swap a royal pia or semi simple, I've done a few E30 conversions and can't imagine them being much different. | | | 09-28-2008, 05:32 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: Richmond Hill, GA Posts: 1,231 | Quote: Originally Posted by M-technik-3 I took a piece of Sheet metal and affixed mine to it and put it under the bumper. I will take another 30 day s in christmas. the swap is really easy and straight forward. Not too bad on the price either I ended up paying maybe 500-600. it came out to more because I did all the work at the auto skills shop In the McChorfd AFB here around the corner. they charge $6.00 and hour for their bay space and they have every tool imaginable. | | | 09-28-2008, 06:14 PM | #12 | Moderator Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Maryland Posts: 3,220 | Angel, your car is absolutely amazing.
