S52 swap EWS issues.. Well, my swap is all but complete, went front a 97 auto with 240k to a s52 with just over 100k along what a 5 speed getrag swap. I used the DME, key chip, and EWS module from behind the glove box. They are all swapped into the TI, but they don't seem to be aligned. I saw that car run before it was taken apart so they should all be good to go. I went to start the car, and no crank. Bridges pins 1 and 3 on the EWS module and she now turns over, but no fuel or spark. Other thing that throws me off is when the key is in position 2 you can hear the fuel pump prime. All my pin outs seem to be the same for any EWS/starter wires on the x20 connector. Anyone have any ideas?!? |
