You won't find one. Very few of them were ever made and they're simply no longer available. I suggest having one made or making your own out of foam and fiberglass. It'll be quicker and less expensive.

If there was an existing model, people would already be replicating them. I doubt Jeds would be willing to remove and loan out his painted and very rare spoiler to be replicated. Especially since he's one of the few people who has one and it's what sets his car apart from any other ti. Aside from that, he hasn't been very active on this forum. I can't remember the last time I heard anything from him.

When I sugessted making one, I meant make a similar one. Start by covering your hatch with tape or some sort of barrier to protect the paint. Spray high density foam along the edge of the hatch and build up enough material to sculpt a spoiler. Roughly carve the shape of the spoiler with a utility knife of something similar. Try to remove the foam in one piece. Sand it to exactly how you want it. Cover it in fiberglass/resin. Give it a final sanding. Primer it. Paint it. Install it. Or... use the one you just made as a model, make a mold and profit $$$
