I have had nothing but good experiences when purchasing things from bimmerbum. Everything shipped promptly and was delivered quickly. Did you buy from the website or from ebay?

Web. Does it matter? xbrace ordered sept 2. I've gotten stuff in the past from him and it went ok but comme on, they could've mined the ore, smelted the metal formed and painted it in less than a month! Just shoild have told me he didn't have it and let me get one somewhere else that would've taken a day or two to ship.

I guess no matter what, you will never make every customer 100% happy. He has been doing business in the BMW community for a while. Since an x-brace is a BMW OEM part you will almost always get it quicker by ordering directly from a BMW dealer, like tischer. When I ordered mine from TcKline they originally said it would ship the next day, but then the BMW parts place they get their stuff from had it back ordered so I had to wait.

Treat him nicely, and as a human, understand that sometime things out of someone's control can happen, and I'm sure he will treat you the same way. He's a member on here, and generally a very nice and helpful guy.

Sorry you are having this issue, but I wouldn't be concerned about losing your money, or thinking that he is ripping you off.

Didn't say that, like I said orders in the past were ok, and I see all the rave reviews on ebay. I just want to move on and get the brace in a somewhat timely manner.

Nah, I just thought if you bought from ebay it may have been someone imitating him or something.

Hopefully he'll help you get this resolved quickly.

I've had issues in the past with receiving items ages later, it's just something that comes with ordering from him. If you need something that's time sensitive it's highly recommended you order elsewhere.

I always make sure folks get their orders. Most orders ship right away some take longer but I do deliver! You don't last on eBay or anywhere else for 5 plus years and over 40,000 transactions if you don't deliver.

So many posts share problems, which is good but often the resolutions are never heard about, which is not good.

ronomonroe got a full refund for his x brace from me, oddly enough the brace will be in tomorrow! Finally!

Since I have one in stock (tomorrow) and I want it gone, I will offer free shipping (lower 48 US only) and free hardware to 318ti.org members. PM me if interested.

I'll second the positive comments about bimmerbum. I bought new exterior door handle trim and a shift knob from him, and even though the delivery was delayed due to his not having both sides of the trim, he told me immediately and didn't charge me the additional cost for shipping the knob.

If he was really cool he'd sell me some Zimmerman C/D rotors for the $100 price I got excited when I saw, then realized it wasn't for the M3 fronts
