Default Rear supsension ???'s

Ok so I'm new, sorry I've been searching around on site and can't find the answer to my question. I had all new suspension put on my car with H&R sport springs and shocks.Ok now the shop i went to ordered the wrong rear shocks(too long) so I got so pissed I just paid for what they did and left. What all should I do for the rear suspension now that I have to buy rear suspension parts. What are the best shocks for a lowered car,e46 upper shock mount? I come to fact the car isn't fast so would really like to make it a awesome handling car. Help please thanks Sarah

Welcome

E46 m3 vert RSMs are pretty practical, so yeah. Note, when buying rear suspension components for the ti, make sure it is either ti specific, or e30 compatible. The E36 compact ti has the same rear suspension as the BMW E30 3 series, so its not the same setup as other E36s.

Z3 rear suspension parts will also fit, Bilsteins are pretty good shocks, bavauto.com sells them individually

EDIT: Koni's are also pretty good, and there's someone selling a used set of rear shocks here:

I am about to buy shocks for my 97 ti, so will the shocks from a e30 318i fit?

+1 to bilstein shocks. Z3 rear suspension have almost the same size of E46. It will fit your car for sure.
