Default No Power!

My 1999 318ti automatic (M44) engine bogs and won't rev past 3000 rpm.
No error codes (Peake)
I have tried changing spark plugs, fuel filter, cleaned MAF.
Cat has no rattles when knocked.

Any ideas?

coils? It has a single coil not individual ones.

This is my son's 318ti, not my S50 powered 330ti.

No, It' been pretty dry.
I just change the plugs but couldn't see where the wires went.
