New F30 3er finally revealed...

...for once, a new BMW model that isn't uglier than a bulldog licking piss off a stinging nettle... After the latest 1 and 5 I didn't really have high hopes for the F30 but I am pleasantly surprised. The dark blue 'luxury line' and the red 'sport line' cars in the first link are lovely... funnily enough I am less keen on the M-sport trim, I think the airdam is a little too gaping. I can't wait to see the coupe and touring!

It's the first BMW since the e36 I have liked since launch - the e46 was OK and is improving with age, but the e90 was an ugly duckling when first launched but a couple of facelifts later finally started to look decent. However I think BMW has it right first time with the F30.

looks good to me, they're really doing some work on the nose, bringing it back to the shark roots

I like it, not a fan of that little accent coming off the headlights that connects with the grill though, but that's a pretty minor detail
