Anyway to get a quote on fixing the one bent rim? It's hard to tell how bad it is until that is acheived... Plus, do they still have tires on them? And, are they offset? or 8.5 all the way around?

I've looked around some local repair shops, and they would usually charge less than $100 to refinish and balance a rim. I book-marked a few websites I'd go to in case I was keeping these. They do still have the tires on them. Size is 18 x 8.5 all around. The one wheel is definitely easily repairable, I'm positive nothing extreme would have to be done to repair the one wheel I believe.
