I also installed the front camber kit. The car looks lowered, but nothing crazy. Feels pretty good; looks like I didn't forget anything. Now I need to get a wheel alignment on Monday. __________________ 1998 (July) 318ti, 5-spd OEM Armrest Blaupunkt Heidelberg CD50 CD Player/Compact Drive MP3 Player Diamond Audio 5.25" rear speakers Navman ICN 530 GPS BMWALARM.COM (with comfort settings) after market alarm system Magnecor 8.5mm wires M-Z3 Shifter/Momo Knob Burlwood Dashboard Stromung Exhaust X-brace Racing Dynamics Front Strut Bar Carbonio C.A.I. 17" Rial Rims Vader Seats/Heated/Lumbar Support M-tech Steering Wheel/Front Sway Bar/Front & Rear Bumper Depos/w 6500K Angel Eyes/6000K HIDs Clear Corners M3 Mirrors UUC Light Weight Flywheel/M5 Clutch/M3 Clutch Slave E28 3.46 LSD/Mcoupe Cover/E30 Flanges & Halfshafts UUC S.S. Looking at the difference between my sig pic and new pic, you should notice a bunch of changes. M3 mirrors, clear sides and corners, Angel Eyes, Reiger front lip and now lowered suspension. I was just saying that i couldnt see a difference in ride height. | | | 05-22-2006, 03:33 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | To be honest, the change isn't that big. Maybe it will settle in after I drive it more. How much should it have dropped? Quote: Originally Posted by flex_318 Yeah i have noticed all those things before. The bearing and 3 plates are probably 1 & 1/4 to 1 & 1/2 inches thick. That may be what is increasing my height. I'm gonna call the company today and ask a few questions. He said the kit only adds 1/8 of an inch in increased height. So I lose 1/8" of lowering. Car feels very nice and steers straight. What did you decide to do about the rear camber. With a drop that slight I wouldn't even worry about rear camber. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
