When I started it up it shut right off. The engined turned and everything was good for about 2 seconds, then it just shuts off. I've never had this problem before, I'm just trying to figure out where to start. __________________ 1995 318ti Black (Auto) 10" Rockford Fosgate Punch, Alpine Headunit (w/iPod), Lightning Audio Amp, BavAuto Powerflow CAI | | | 01-20-2008, 09:08 PM | #2 | Member Join Date: Sep 2006 Location: Savannah, GA Posts: 49 | Update: I got it to start, and stay started. I turned it on and left it on for like 15 seconds before I started it, and I pushed the gas in a bit before I started it. (Like a cold start, but it's not that cold here). However, not its idiling pretty high, like just over 2000rpm, any ideas? __________________ 1995 318ti Black (Auto) 10" Rockford Fosgate Punch, Alpine Headunit (w/iPod), Lightning Audio Amp, BavAuto Powerflow CAI | | | 01-20-2008, 11:24 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Southern California - Orange county Posts: 978 | idol control valve, vacuume lines, or the crank case vent valve __________________ 1995 318ti Cosmos Black Bilsteins w/ H&R Sport, Depos w/ angeleyes and HID 5K, 50% short throw kit, Custom fogged intake, AC schnitzer pedels w/ deadpedels, leather stickshift knob, vitesse tuning Ebreak boot w/ shift boot, X-Brace, 325/328 brake upgrade, Gray millpoint leather and cloth interior, custom computer multimedia system, and Style 5 BBS 17" rims, M3 Mirrors, CF Hood | | | ![Reply](http://www.318ti.org/forum/images/buttons/reply.gif) | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
