Hey -
Anybody in the VA / NC region going to VIR for the Bosch / Rolex Grand-Am races at the end of April (2008)? Should be a lot of wheel fun to check out.

They also host a number of events for driving enthusiasts. Unfortunately, I'll be working so I'll likely be in a company vehicle while the ti stays home...

Short story is - I went to VIR. The "company" vehicle had other duties so drove the Ti and parked it in the paddock area. It had a nice view as the cars drove by to the track entrance passing right in front of it. BMWs, Porsches and all matter of exotics. The Bimmerworld guys finished 2nd and 3rd in their event. Close to SC are two races. Daytona and Birmingham. Both in July.
