Default I have the same luck as tony

Tony gets rear ended. I get rear ended.

Tony gets side swiped, I get side swiped.

Granted both of mine have been less severe than his, but still, WTH!?

Man, thats a true bummer.
Hopefully you and anyone in the car ended up unharmed.
Is the car totaled?

Maybe a 3rd ti is the charm......

Yea I am fine, car is *probably* totaled since he got the door jam on the rear quarter panel, not sure. Getting an estimate later today. Thinking about cutting my losses and buying an e46. Might keep the Ti for a year until I graduate college and then fix it up. Not sure yet.

having driven trucks (not semis) for a living, I know how hard it can be to see cars and even SUVs when they are on your blind side like that. Still, he should have had mirrors (I did, I had 4 on the passengerside and three on the driver's) that would have allowed him to see you.

Glad you are ok and glad it was not a freeway accident

Jeff, so sorry to see this. Is the car still driveable? While I'm sure it's totalled, it does look easily repairable. There's a bunch of people parting out Ti's right now, so a door, front fender and possibly a quarter panel will be easy enough to get ahold of. Especially since those parts are usually pretty hard to get rid of. I'd hate to see a swapped Ti go down for cosmetic issues.
