Default TMS CHIP. I need help?

My mechanic tried installing the TMS hfm on my swap. We were having problem trying to get the car running. The car would not turn over at all. It will only crank. We tried synching the EWS for the TMS chip but still would not work. This is the second chip TMS has sent me. The ECU number is 0 261 200 413 manufactured date of 7/95. Can someone tell me what wires were switch around (wiring harness) in the installation of the M3 motor to get the car running? Im trying to eliminate every posibilities for trying to get this TMS chip running.
