Thanks guys for all the compliments on the system.
It was originally supposed to be ~$500-$600, but the raceland headers I had have a very non-standard flange and he had to scramble to get flanges shipped in and fitted. Total ended up being around $750. Thats from the headers all the way back with a brand new high-flow cat, muffler, and resonator, all 100% stainless.
Tonight these new beauties go on:
The march to completion continues.
Will get video once all the important bits are bolted on

Yeah, the trick was getting the 4-bolt. I had a 6-bolt shaft, and didn't realize that both kinds were available at first.
I know I've been slacking on updates, so here's a quicky:
Car is doing just fine as a daily driver, plenty of fun to be sure.
Got the car dynoed! Expected about 240 at the flywheel due to age of the motor and upgrades, but got 223 at the rear wheels. That puts flywheel HP around the 260 mark! Not huge HP, but shows that the motor is healthy and happy!
It just came back from a weekend at Hallett Raceway near Tulsa OK, drove like a champ. Still has a little understeer, but I'm working on dialing that out. Only downside is that I'm working my diff too hard and it's shoving the fluid out the vent hole. Unfortunately, I only discovered this on the way home to St. Louis at 10pm on a Sunday night. Had no choice but to keep driving. (Compactive, we may have to talk after this next round of photo shoots is done). Videos from Hallett are being compiled.
This weekend I'm rebuilding/painting all the calipers, brackets and rotor hats as well as swapping in the M3 master cylinder (Didn't realize it's got a larger bore, so now I have too much pedal travel for track use).
Still haven't worked out ABS, but it's not been high on my priority list. I've got M3 front spindles with M3 sensors, 318ti rear hubs with 1 318ti and 1 E36 318 sensor, and E30 half-shafts with E30 ABS wheels. Anyone put much effort toward this? I can't imagine all that is going to play well.
In the mean time, I've finally finished the build-up video with all the bits and bobs, trials and tribulations, and all due credit to my amazing sponsor, AutoWerks of America. I recommend watching it on their youtube channel here so you can see it in its HD glory! Hope you enjoy!

all of that is awesome. I recommend contacting blubimm & cooljess about the rear end setup, I know jess has been putting his together just like his motor (taking his sweet fancy time).

I've been talking to a guy in STL about his M3 swap. He used parts from a wrecked M Roadster and an M3. And his was just recently finished. The work was done by Bimmers R Us.
I am the black ti guy.My swap included the s52 with supercharger along with all the goodies of the M3. I took the best of both worlds, M3 and M roadster. It was a long process but I have driving it for about 4 months now. I did need to add about 175lbs to the back over the axles to get it to hookup. What I really need is more tire if anyone knows the right offset on the rear wheels. During the winter I am going to add Vader seats and a Methanol water injection to cool the supercharged air. Additionally, I have a lot of extra parts if anyone needs any thing. I did not do much of the work, but I hovered over the project like an expectant father.
