On Koni adjustables and Eiback pro-kit springs. Wheels are 40 offset. Rubbing at the very edges of turning radius. Lots of grip though!! | | | 03-23-2009, 09:55 PM | #11 | Moderator Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Bouncing off the rev limiter in CT! Posts: 3,156 | I run 245-40/17 in front and 265-40/17 in the rear. Replacing the fronts with 245-45/17's in a week or two... Fronts are fine however I have the M3 front suspension, so the caster is much higher than a stock (or sport) ti. These will rub on stock suspension. Rear quarters are rolled. Wheels are stock BMW LTW's | | | 03-23-2009, 10:15 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: Rocky Hill, CT Posts: 1,065 | FWIW my snows are 235 45 17's and didn't rub anything but the plastic underpanel with the steering lockeed left/right __________________ 1995 318TI base. 95 2.5L from 325IS. Posts: 3,156 | I just installed 245-45/17's and they look like crap. No rubbing, bt I am not happy with the lok at all. Have to researchr- might have to go to 235-45/17 or back to 245-40 17, althought I thought the 245-40's were a bit too low looking... Anyway, I have to figure something out. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
