Its either from an E46 M3 or an E39 M5 style I believe. Only seen it once or twice on a ti and wasn't bad IMO but other members might think otherwise. A little more, $169.99. It's foldable as well. I actually like the "tucked" style that the CF ebay ones have but not looking to pay that much.
